obviously a lot of attention tonight on the fiscal cliff. we're inside 30 hours until the expiration date on tax cuts. there are other important bits of business on capitol hill before the end of the year. in other words, in the next 30 hours or so. on friday, the senate approved a more than $60 billion bill to pay for construction costs for superstorm sandy. you see the video of that here. the house still needs to vote on that legislation. it isn't clear yet what the house is going to do. molly henneberg is live in d.c. there's a holdup in the house. what is it? >> the price tag. house republicans say it's too steep. a south carolina republican congressman said he and others want to help the people hurt by sandy but lawmakers need to figure out where the money's going to come from. >> it's not paid for. i know that's a difficult conversation to have but it's a necessary conversation. if we can't come together and figure out a way to stop spending someplace else to pay for this disaster, do we hope to be able to balance our budget and fix ou
